Tap "Start Earning Free" on the homepage, fill in your name, email and password, and verify your email. You'll be redirected to your dashboard immediately.

Is GoalsEarn free to join?↓

Yes, completely free. There are no fees, subscriptions or hidden charges. You earn money — you never pay money.

What countries can use GoalsEarn?↓

GoalsEarn is available globally. However, survey availability varies by country. Users in South Africa, USA, UK, Canada and Australia typically get the most surveys.

Why do I get disqualified from surveys?↓

Survey companies need very specific demographics. If you don't match their target audience, you'll be disqualified. This is normal and happens on all survey platforms. Complete your profile fully to get better matches.

Why are there no surveys available?↓

Survey availability changes throughout the day. New surveys are added regularly. Check back later or complete your profile to unlock more matches.

I completed a survey but didn't get paid. What do I do?↓

Sometimes there is a short delay before earnings are credited. If your balance hasn't updated within 24 hours, please contact our support team. Keep a screenshot of the completed survey as proof.

What is the minimum cashout?↓

The minimum cashout is $5.00 USD. Once your balance reaches $5.00, the "Cash Out" button in your Wallet tab will become active.

How do I get paid?↓

Payouts are processed via PayPal or gift cards. Make sure your PayPal email is added in Payment Methods before requesting a cashout.

How long does a cashout take?↓

Cashouts are typically processed within 24 hours. PayPal payments are usually instant once approved.

What currency are earnings paid in?↓

All earnings are in USD (US Dollars). If you receive payment via PayPal, your local PayPal will convert to your local currency automatically.

How does the referral program work?↓

Share your unique referral code with friends. When they sign up and complete their first survey, you earn $0.50. You also earn 10% of everything they earn on GoalsEarn — forever, with no limit.

When do I receive my referral bonus?↓

Your $0.50 referral bonus is credited once your referred friend completes their first survey. The 10% commission is added automatically after each survey they complete.

How do I delete my account?↓

Go to Profile → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm. Once deleted, your account and all associated data are permanently removed. Any unclaimed earnings will be forfeited.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?↓

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
